The Magic of Perception

The magic of perception is that it is ours. NO one can change it, take it, or determine it. While they may try, and our perception shifts from interactions with the world, our perception is only ever ours.

This is empowerment: if we shift how we perceive something, we shift the power it has, the way we feel, think, and respond. So often we disempower ourselves by not recognizing the power in how we choose to view something - most importantly ourselves. Time taken to explore and cultivate our perception can be a life-changing experience, and perfect tool to navigate all life offers us.
